ActionHobbies. Useless, or really pigging useless?

Postby Fat Tabs » Thu Jul 15, 2010 10:27 am

Action Hobbies sent me the wrong gun. Ordered an SRC Beta Spetsnaz, and they sent some cheap shoddy CyberGun instead. I know Pricey has had a shedload of problems with them (Broken weapons, shoddy repairs etc). Can I just say that they are a useless company and that Airsoft World, whilst not having the same range of stuff to choose from, never send stuff damaged, or late, and they send the bloody thing you ordered. OK, rant mode off. But seriously, how many folk have had issues with retailers? If I could afford to buy from LandWarrior all the time, I probably would.

airsoft world have screwed up loads of my orders i try not to buy for them because when they do mess up your orders and you email them they give you allot of attitude... ive never had a problem with action hobbies but i haven't ordered from them recently... zeroone are the best i think... because when they do mess up they fix the problem really quickly with really friendly customer service.

yeah airsoft world can be dicks they were when i complained about by auto-wind drum mag (the back of the bb well was coming away, although its sorted now :D) but otherwise no real problems

actionhobbies on the other hand have really went tits up in my opinion a few months ago they were really good (most of my stuffs from there) my G96 sniper had a shit magazine so the dremelled it :s and the HK 416 pistol grip wasnt even attached when i bought that.. in their defence though they've always been decent on the phone when ive rang them

fire support pricey but good service & quality (kar98k bitches) ive not used zeroone they good?

I've used CRW airsoft and I know a few other people have used it and been fine (if slow but then again it comes in two parts from Hong Kong) saying that Andrew had an issue withthem with his M16A
